ABOUT THE PROJECT

This studio portrait project was created for chef Yannis Manikis to present his professional identity through a minimal photographic approach. The session portrays the chef minimally, reflecting the standards of a contemporary culinary professional.

Yannis Manikis has held senior culinary roles across international hotel brands and has been featured in industry publications such as Hotelier Middle East.

Production

The session followed a simple studio setup focused on composition and presence. By removing unnecessary elements, the portraits keep attention on the subject, allowing character and professionalism to come forward naturally.

Outcome

The final portraits support Manikis’ professional communication across digital platforms, editorial features and collaborations. The series presents the chef with simplicity, precision and authority.

Yannis Manikis has also collaborated with our studio to produce a Chef narrative Film.

Boutique hotel project in Sifnos

Astra Verina is a high-end hospitality property in Sifnos, operating within the boutique luxury segment. In addition to accommodation, the premises are used for curated dining experiences and private events in a controlled, premium setting.
This project was commissioned as a styled photographic production to support that extended commercial use.

Approach

The shoot focused on styled dining and event setups developed specifically for the venue. Styling and composition were used to present the spaces as operational, refined, and suitable for high-end gatherings.

The imagery supports Astra Verina’s positioning as an event-capable luxury property, enabling clear communication of its hosting potential and expanding revenue use beyond accommodation.

Boutique suites project in Santorini

Petri is a boutique accommodation project in Santorini, developed at a controlled scale within one of the island’s most competitive hospitality markets. The property is located in Perivolos Santorini, and prioritises privacy, spatial island character, and restraint as a counterpoint to Santorini’s visual saturation.

Documentation focus

Our photography covered accommodation units, shared areas, and exterior spaces with emphasis on the orientation under Santorini’s demanding light conditions. The imagery was structured to present the hotel as a coherent, fully resolved hospitality product.

Use & positioning

The image set supports international-facing digital communication, where clarity and differentiation directly affect performance. Produced for long-term use across web and booking platforms, our photography positions Petri as a composed, credible option within a high-density market.

The project operates in the premium villa segment, where location, outlook, and visual dominance are primary value drivers. Our photography was commissioned to translate these qualities into a clear, market-ready visual presentation.

Approach

Our photographic approach addressed the villa as a location-driven asset, where atmosphere, light conditions, and visual precision directly affect perceived value. Shooting was planned around Santorini’s weather patterns, sky clarity, and light quality, ensuring the Caldera view is rendered with depth and tonal control.
Composition aligned interior spaces, exterior terraces, and the surrounding landscape into a coherent visual system, delivering the mood and finish appropriate for premium brand communication.

The image set functions as a pricing and positioning tool for international-facing channels, where the Caldera view and site exposure are primary decision drivers. The photography clarifies the property’s competitive advantages, enabling informed evaluation without supplementary explanation.

High-End Residential Chalets | Arachova, Mount Parnassos

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Mount Parnassus project is a collection of high-end residential chalets located on Mount Parnassus, developed within a dense forest environment of exceptional natural quality. The destination operates as a year-round alpine retreat, where landscape integration, construction precision, and environmental sensitivity define the overall value of the accommodation.
The chalets were designed and built BY CONTEC for a demanding clientele, with emphasis on material integrity, spatial comfort, and long-term performance within a mountain setting.

Approach

Vice Versa was commissioned to executed a precise architectural and environmental documentation under real mountain light conditions. Exterior and interior views were captured to describe volume, , material behavior and the mountain atmosphere across seasonal atmospheres.
Post-production was handled in-house. Colour correction and tonal balancing were calibrated to preserve material accuracy, wood warmth, and exterior contrast.

Strategic Visuals

Our resulting imagery supports high-end residential chalets positioning across digital platforms and seasonal campaigns. Structured for long-term reuse, our image set functions as a strong commercial asset, enabling confident evaluation while protecting the perceived value of the property.

Emphasis was placed on light and atmosphere, ensuring the imagery communicates both comfort and professionalism with the unique style of Rodos Park embedded and highlighted.

Intent

The intent of the visual production was to strengthen the hotel’s market positioning and provide a coherent image system suitable for digital platforms, sales channels, and brand materials. The resulting content supports credibility, reinforces brand perception, and aligns the property with the expectations of modern hospitality audiences and decision-makers
