Nafsika Estate – Private Luxury Villa | Megalochori, Santorini
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Nafsika Estate is a private luxury villa in Megalochori, Santorini, commissioned through the Hommage Collection of Empiria Group. The 350 sq.m. estate is defined by scale, privacy, and its position above the caldera.
Vice Versa was commissioned to create a complete photographic presentation of the property, focusing on its architecture, interiors and relationship with the surrounding landscape.
Production focus
Given the property’s exposed cliffside position on the Caldera, changing light conditions were central to the production. We worked around transitions in natural light, reflections from the sea and the contrast between interior and exterior spaces to preserve both detail and atmosphere.
The final images present the estate clearly and without exaggeration, allowing the architecture, materials and sense of privacy to carry the visual character of the property.
Use & Communication
The final images were created for the villa’s website, booking platforms and wider digital communication. The set gives Nafsika Estate a consistent visual presentation across high-end villa and hospitality channels, with emphasis on scale, privacy and the property’s position on the Santorini caldera.
Nafsika Estate forms part of our wider work with private villas and high-end residential properties.
