Villa photography typically includes interior and exterior imagery, architectural documentation, and selected lifestyle scenes that reflect how the property functions as a residential asset. The exact scope depends on the property, how it will be used and where the final material needs to appear.
We review the property in advance and identify what needs to be prepared for the shoot, including furniture placement, styling, exterior areas, pools, terraces and any details that may affect the final images. Where required, we can also organise specialist styling and art direction as part of the production.
The schedule depends on the size of the property, the number of spaces, the available light and whether photography, film, drone or lifestyle scenes are included. Smaller projects may be completed in a day, while larger estates or combined photography and film productions may require several days.
Yes. We can develop a library of images that works across property websites, rental platforms, sales presentations, press and editorial use. The shoot is planned around the different ways the property will need to be presented rather than producing a single set of listing photographs.
When appropriate. Human presence can help communicate scale, use and atmosphere without turning the project into a conventional lifestyle shoot. We decide together whether the property is stronger shown purely through architecture or with selected moments of human presence.

Yes. While based in Greece, we work with villa projects internationally. The production process is structured to support remote coordination and international ownership models.
