Villa Pelagia – Hospitality Rental Villa Project in Stoupa, Mani
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Villa Pelagia is a collection of stone villas in Stoupa, Mani, above Kalogria Beach and overlooking the rocks of Tourkospilia Cave. The property sits within a landscape defined by rugged terrain and a strong relationship between built form, mountain and sea.
Our assignment covered both interiors and exteriors, with the aim of presenting the villas as complete hospitality residences and showing how they relate to their setting.
Production focus
The photography was shaped around the specific conditions of the site and the character of each villa. Framing was adjusted from space to space to make scale, orientation and the relationship between interiors and exterior views easy to understand.
Rather than imposing a fixed visual style, the approach followed the architecture and landscape, allowing the stonework, privacy and connection to the Mani setting to remain central.
Use & Communication
The final images were created for the villas’ website, booking platforms and wider digital communication. The set presents the accommodation clearly while keeping the surrounding landscape visible as an essential part of the stay.
Across interiors, exterior spaces and wider views, the photography gives potential guests a consistent sense of the villas, their privacy and their position above the coast of Stoupa.
This project forms part of our wider villa work in Mani and our photography for high-quality rental properties.
