Telemachos Athens | Premium Meat & Wine Restaurant Project
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This four-day project focused on Telemachos Athens, an established meat and wine restaurant in the city with a strong emphasis on premium cuts, traditional technique and contemporary presentation.
Built on a third-generation restaurant tradition, Telemachos combines a deep respect for classic meat cookery with a modern approach to sourcing, preparation and presentation.
Production focus
In food photography, the fundamentals always matter. Texture, colour, temperature and composition have to work together to communicate the character of each dish.
Each plate was approached with lighting that felt natural but deliberate, compositions that emphasised structure, and styling that respected the food itself. Particular attention was given to the texture and preparation of the meat, allowing the photography to retain both precision and appetite.
Use & Communication
The final body of work was created for the restaurant’s renewed digital presence, presenting Telemachos Athens through its premium meat offering, wine culture and the character of the dining experience.
