Santa Thekla | Luxury Villa Project in Kefalonia
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Santa Thekla is a luxury villa project in Kefalonia located above Petanoi Beach with uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea. Its cliffside position, scale and privacy define the character of the property and its relationship with the surrounding landscape.
The photography was commissioned as a complete visual presentation of the residence, covering interiors, exterior spaces, amenities and the wider setting.
Production focus
The photographic process combined careful styling with close control of each space. Furniture, objects and surfaces were adjusted selectively to reduce visual noise, clarify proportion and allow the architecture and materials to remain central.
Given the scale of the property and its exposed cliffside position, the coverage had to work across very different conditions. Natural light changed significantly throughout the day, from cooler interiors to strong exterior reflections and sunset transitions, so supplemental lighting was introduced where necessary to maintain consistency across the final image set.
Use & Communication
The final images were created for the villa’s website, rental platforms and direct client communication, giving Santa Thekla a complete and consistent visual presentation across its different channels.
The photography connects the scale and detail of the residence with its location above Petanoi Beach, presenting the property not only through individual rooms and amenities, but through the wider experience of its setting in Kefalonia.
