In addition to the architectural coverage, a lifestyle series with a model was developed to show how the space is experienced in real terms, morning light on the terrace, relaxed moments by the sea, the simplicity of an island stay. The human presence adds credibility and relatability without overpowering the property.

Production Approach

Images were composed to link interiors with exterior views, highlighting room proportion, material detail and beachfront proximity. The lifestyle elements were introduced with restraint, reinforcing atmosphere and comfort while keeping attention on the accommodation itself.

Light and perspective were used deliberately to communicate clarity, ease and authenticity — essential qualities for coastal hospitality marketing.

Application

The final material was prepared for website presentation, booking platforms and seasonal campaigns, offering a cohesive visual language that combines architectural accuracy with experiential context.
