The brief called for complete visual coverage of Cupitol as a working eatery. From open kitchen to front-of-house flow, from morning coffee traffic to evening dining pace, the direction focused on how the space performs across a full day.
Cupitol carries a distinct European café sensibility within the high-end suburban context of Evanston, Chicago. Our photography reflects this balance. The urban efficiency paired with continental refinement. Movement, plating, staff coordination, and guest presence were documented within an active environment, presenting Cupitol as structured, contemporary, and rooted in a European hospitality rhythm adapted to an American setting.
