Creative Direction 

The production focused on documenting the restaurant environment together with a series of plated dishes served within the dining space, presenting the experience of the restaurant through both its interior character and its culinary offering. The restaurant’s setting was used to frame the food naturally within the space, allowing the dishes to be seen as part of the dining experience.

Use & Strategic Value

The final images present Byzantium as a refined restaurant in London’s culinary scene, where atmosphere and cuisine come together. The material supports the restaurant’s digital presence by showing both the character of the dining room and the appeal of the dishes served.
