ABOUT THE PROJECT
Alati — Restaurant in Santorini
Alati Restaurant operates within a restored winery in Santorini, forming part of the refined hospitality setting of Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort. The project focused on presenting Mediterranean cuisine within this distinctive architectural environment, bringing together the interior dining space and the terrace overlooking the vineyards and the village of Megalohori. The objective was to capture the atmosphere of place, where landscape, structure and cuisine naturally blend.

Culinary Direction
At Alati, the visual work addressed both plate and place. While a selection of signature dishes was documented, equal emphasis was given to the restored winery setting, stone vaults, controlled lighting, and the intimate scale that defines the dining environment.
The project was realised during the tenure of French Chef Olivier Campanha, whose structured, technique-driven approach shaped the tone of the kitchen at the time.
Our approach positioned the cuisine within its architectural context. Composition and light were resolved to respect the cellar’s depth and texture, allowing food and space to operate as a single experience. The result presents not isolated plates, but a fine dining identity rooted in atmosphere, materiality, and restraint.
Use – Strategic Visuals
The resulting imagery supports Alati’s professional presentation across digital and brand platforms. Developed for sustained use, the material provides a clear and consistent visual reference of the restaurant’s culinary and spatial identity.
