ABOUT THE PROJECT
Designer lighting project for Creaid
More than a hundred established artists, architects and designers have offered their creative inspiration for the design of works of art for one common cause: the construction of a playground for the Athens General Children’s Hospital “Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou”
1125 is a lighting design created by architect Ioannis Zacharakis for the CreAid initiative. As a concept-led object with sculptural presence, it required visual direction that would preserve design integrity while presenting it as a premium product within a curated context.

Imaging Challenge
As a lighting object, 1125 required precision. The production was structured to maintain material integrity while allowing the design’s sculptural identity to remain dominant. Studio and location environments were carefully selected to reinforce its industrial character without compromising form.
Presentation Outcome
The resulting visuals position 1125 beyond a submission or prototype. Through composition, studio and location imagery and creative lighting techniques, the design is presented as a refined object with exhibition-level presence, suitable for professional presentation across digital and institutional platforms.
