Peanuts On The Go is a technically demanding signature pastry by Nicolas Nikolakopoulos, built around layered textures and precise execution.
The creation moves beyond conventional pastry methods, combining technical precision and creativity in a composition built around contrast, texture and form.
Film Direction
The film follows the construction process step by step, from preparation of materials to assembly and final refinement. Attention is given to geometry, surface quality and finishing techniques, including silk-screen printed detailing that adds graphic precision to the final piece.
Rather than simply presenting a recipe, the focus is on revealing how the dessert is built, layer by layer, with clarity and control.
