Urban Residential Development in Athens | Marigold Residences
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Marigold Residences is an urban residential development in Athens by Crystal Waters, created for long-term city living.
Our photography was commissioned to present the project to potential investors and future residents. The interiors were delivered in a neutral state, so selective styling was used to give the spaces warmth, scale and a clearer sense of everyday use.
Production focus
The apartments were photographed as finished living spaces rather than empty units. Furnishing and styling were introduced selectively to clarify proportion, daylight and how each room could function in daily use.
The approach remained restrained, allowing the architecture and spatial layout to stay central while giving the interiors enough context to feel lived in and complete.
Use & Communication
The final images were created for investor presentations, digital communication and the wider marketing of the development. The set gives Marigold Residences a consistent visual presentation of the apartments, helping potential buyers, partners and residents understand the spaces beyond plans and specifications.
The emphasis is on scale, atmosphere and everyday usability rather than purely decorative presentation.
