Villa Halioussa | Luxury Rental Villa in Porto Heli
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Halioussa is a private luxury residence located in Porto Heli, positioned within one of Greece’s most discreet high-end residential enclaves. The property occupies a large coastal plot, follows a Provençal French architectural language, and operates as a standalone private asset.
The commission focused on a visual refresh across both still and motion content, bringing the residence in line with contemporary private-residence presentation standards.
Production workflow & Execution
Photography and video were planned as a single production system, ensuring consistency between static and time-based material and a clear reading of the residence across formats.
Styling was executed under lived-in conditions, limited to selective alignment and reduction to restore visual order without altering the character of use.
Coverage followed the estate’s spatial sequence from interior living areas to outdoor zones, pool facilities, and shoreline. Capture was scheduled around limited natural-light windows and challenging reflective conditions, with artificial light introduced only where necessary to convey atmosphere and spatial presentation.
Still and motion outputs were developed in parallel, maintaining continuity of scale, use, and architectural intent.
Outcome & Visuals
The resulting material functions as a long-term private visual record, documenting the residence accurately while preserving its architectural identity and positioning within Porto Heli’s high-end residential landscape.
