Cupitol | All Day Restaurant Project in Chicago
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This commission forms part of our work with international hospitality clients. Cupitol operates as an all-day restaurant and bar in Evanston, within the wider Chicago dining scene.
The project focused on presenting the breadth of its menu, from morning service through evening, while maintaining a consistent visual language across different moments of the day.
Production focus
The brief called for complete visual coverage of Cupitol as a working restaurant. From the open kitchen and front-of-house flow to morning coffee service and evening dining, the photography focused on how the space operates across a full day.
Cupitol combines a European café influence with the pace and structure of an American all-day restaurant. Movement, plating, staff coordination and guest presence were photographed within the active environment, allowing the rhythm of the restaurant to remain visible throughout the series.
Use & Communication
The final images were created for Cupitol’s website, social media and wider brand communication.
The set provides a consistent visual presentation of the restaurant across food, service and atmosphere, with enough variety to support ongoing digital use.
This project forms part of our wider restaurant photography work.
