Aria Fine Catering | Refined Culinary Plating
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project presents a series of refined culinary plates developed for Aria Fine Catering, focusing on contemporary chef-led plating and presentation.
Each dish, created by Yiannis Manikis, is treated as a composed structure in which balance, colour, texture and ingredient placement define the final presentation.
Production focus
The session focused on the form and structure of each dish, highlighting textures, ingredients and the relationship between individual elements on the plate.
The setup remained deliberately simple, allowing the food itself to remain central while lighting and framing were used to give each composition clarity and depth.
Use & Communication
The final series presents each plate as a complete culinary composition. Together, the images reflect the visual language of Aria Fine Catering and support the brand’s communication across digital, editorial and client-facing channels.
This series forms part of our wider work with Aria Fine Catering, including chef-led culinary and private dining productions, and sits within our broader food photography portfolio.
