Acacia | Urban Hospitality Development Project in Athens
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Acacia Long Term Rental Residences is an urban hospitality project by Crystal Waters in central Athens, combining residential use with the services and presentation standards of contemporary hospitality.
Set within the city fabric, the project was developed around compact living, clear spatial organisation and a more flexible model of extended-stay accommodation.
Production focus
The photography documented the property at an important stage of its development, focusing on the layout, interior character and the way the spaces were intended to function.
The images were created to give investors, partners and future guests a clear understanding of the project before its full hospitality operation was established.
Use & Communication
The images were used to present Acacia during the development and launch stages, giving the project a consistent visual identity across digital communication, presentations and commercial material.
The set provides a clear record of the property’s spaces and character, supporting both early project communication and its transition into an operating hospitality product.
