Narrative brand film developed for Yannis Manikis, Executive Chef and Director of F&B and Culinary Operations at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.
The project reflects his role within a large hospitality operation, where leadership extends beyond the kitchen to teams, service, consistency and the wider guest experience.
Film Direction & Approach
Rather than presenting a conventional promotional chef profile, the film focuses on Yannis Manikis within the working environment he leads. The camera follows moments of preparation, decision-making and interaction with his team, allowing his experience and authority to emerge naturally.
The kitchen is shown as a working system rather than a stage, with the emphasis on rhythm, discipline and the people behind the operation.
Use & Communication
The film was created to support Yannis Manikis’ professional communication, presenting not only his role as a chef but also his experience leading large culinary teams within international hospitality.
