Film production for Callebaut documenting the World Chocolate Masters Southeastern Europe semi-final, where leading pastry chefs competed in a three-day chocolate challenge judged by an international panel of respected pastry and chocolate professionals, including Philippe Marand, Christophe Morel, Emmanuel Ryon, Ilias Krassas and Christos Lambrou.

The World Chocolate Masters is one of the most respected international competitions in the pastry and chocolate industry. The Southeastern Europe semi-final gathered top pastry chefs who were challenged through a series of creative and technical missions focused on chocolate craftsmanship.
Outcome paragraph
During the competition Greek pastry chef Nicolas Nikolakopoulos achieved first place in the Southeastern Europe semi-final and later went on to win third place at the World Chocolate Masters global final — the highest distinction ever achieved by a Greek pastry chef in the competition.
Production
