“Crescent Garden” — a visual and culinary composition

Nikolas Nikolakopoulos is a Greek pastry chef whose journey from chemist to chocolatier and dessert artist has imbued his creations with both precision and poetic flair. Third place at the prestigious World Chocolate Masters 2022, he draws inspiration from his scientific background—melding chemistry with craftsmanship under his consultancy, NZ Pastry.
