Island hospitality project in Astypalaia
Agnadi Studios is located in Maltezana, Astypalaia — a quiet part of the island where whitewashed buildings meet the open Aegean horizon. The complex follows traditional island lines: cubic volumes, shaded terraces and simple forms shaped by wind, sun and sea.
The architecture doesn’t compete with the landscape; it belongs to it.

Production focus
Our approach focused on presenting the renovated spaces as a cohesive environment where traditional island character meets contemporary refinement. Rather than isolating individual rooms, the work highlights material upgrades, clean detailing and the balance between heritage architecture and modern comfort.
Careful framing and light reveal texture, craftsmanship and the quality of finishes, showing how the studios retain their Aegean identity while offering a stylish, updated accommodation experience.
Use & positioning
The final material allows Agnadi Studios to be represented with clarity across booking platforms and online channels. It communicates scale, atmosphere and authenticity — positioning the property as a genuine island stay within the Dodecanese, not simply another seasonal rental.
