Production workflow & Execution

Photography and video were planned as a single production system, ensuring consistency between static and time-based material and a clear reading of the residence across formats.
Styling was executed under lived-in conditions, limited to selective alignment and reduction to restore visual order without altering the character of use.
Coverage followed the estate’s spatial sequence from interior living areas to outdoor zones, pool facilities, and shoreline. Light availability was treated as a constraint, with capture scheduled around limited natural light windows and reflective conditions; artificial light was introduced only to stabilise colour and spatial legibility.
Still and motion outputs were developed in parallel, maintaining continuity of scale, use, and architectural intent.

Outcome & Visuals

The resulting material functions as a long-term private visual record. It documents the residence with accuracy, reflects its architectural identity, and supports its standing within one of Greece’s most discreet residential environments.
The output is designed to endure as a reference of ownership, scale, and style.
