Chocolate and pastry have always been a passion for Yvan Chevalier.
From a childhood fascination to a professional journey, Yvan CHEVALIER’s passion for chocolate and pastry has been unique and inspiring. It took shape through his apprenticeship and eventually led him to become the head chocolatier at the renowned pâtisserie and chocolate Vincent Guerlais in Nantes.
For 13 years, Yvan Chevalier dedicated himself to the art of chocolate at the esteemed establishment, honing his skills and demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his craft.
Passionate and creative, he has received numerous accolades in this field:
Winner of the Pascal Caffet Trophy, French Winner at the World Chocolate Masters., Representative of France at the World Chocolate Masters and was Awarded the title of “One of the Best Craftsmen of France” in chocolate-making and confectionery.
A native of Rennes, Yvan Chevalier has returned to his roots. He invites you to discover his contemporary and original gourmet creations at his boutique located in downtown Rennes, at 9 rue de Nemours.
