About the Chef
An internationally renowned artisan chocolatier, Christophe Morel’s intense passion for chocolate, his finesse in flavour harmonies, and astounding creativity quickly propelled him to the forefront. He has consecutively won prestigious awards: the 2003 Canadian Chocolate Trophy, First Prize in Chocolate at the 2005 ‘World Pastry Cup’ in Lyon, and 4th place worldwide at the 2005 ‘World Chocolate Masters’ in Paris. He was also a finalist for the prestigious title of ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ (MOF), awarded to artisans who have reached the pinnacle of their craft. Since 2005, as the owner of his own Chocolaterie, he has established himself as one of the most passionate ambassadors in the world of chocolate.
